I realized this morning when I went to take my meds that I apparently forgot to take them yesterday morning. Oops? I don’t do it often, but I hate when I do because I’m never entirely sure if or how it’s going to effect me. So far it seems like it isn’t, which is good. Normally one dose won’t screw me up, it’s when I hit three or four in a week that things go off the rails. Thankfully that doesn’t seem to be happening, and I’m back on track and back in the game.
I’m just finishing up season 2 of Cobra Kai (while I apparently polish off an entire thing of Twizzlers…oops?) and I am hooked. This show is so good, even if you weren’t totally into The Karate Kid in the 80s. I saw all the movies when I was a kid, but didn’t think much of it until someone suggested I watch the show, and it is bloody fantastic.
Work is actually good. I got a lot dropped on my plate today, but I think that it’ll be good. A big part of it will actually help me in the long run as it develops a skill set in me, as well. It’s just going to be a lot of work, especially to get up to speed and get current. It’s going to be a challenge, that’s for sure. But I’m up for it.
Sleep has been better. I’m getting up better, almost on time (just a little late, I swear). But I’m getting to work on time, which is the important part. I’m sleeping deeply, that’s for sure. I’m falling asleep relatively easily and sleeping through the night. So that’s something good, at least. Right?
I guess all good things.
I think that part of me is still waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Well, might as well enjoy it while it lasts.
Stay safe, friends!
